Tariq collects the minimum data needed to optimize delivery routes: company name, user email and name, store addresses with GPS coordinates, driver name and phone, customer name, phone, delivery address, and order details (area, COD amount). We also store delivery ratings and optional proof-of-delivery photos.
All data is used solely to provide the route optimization and delivery management service. Customer phone numbers are used for delivery notifications (WhatsApp/SMS) when enabled by the company owner. GPS coordinates are used for route calculation.
We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data may be processed by: our hosting provider for infrastructure, Twilio for WhatsApp notifications (if enabled), and Resend for email delivery (if enabled). Each processes only the minimum data required for their service.
Order and delivery data is retained for the duration of the company's account. Companies can export all their data at any time via the admin dashboard. Upon account deletion, personal data (customer names, phones) is anonymized and user accounts are deactivated.
All connections use HTTPS with automatic SSL certificates. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Session tokens are SHA-256 hashed in the database. Driver access tokens are rotatable. All administrative actions are recorded in an immutable audit log.
